1. Medical Branch (Specialist)
The candidate’s age should be between 25 and 34 years as of 15th October 2025. The candidate should have MBBS degree with at least Second Division and should have full specialization in one of the fields such as Child Specialist, ENT, Eye Specialist, Psychiatrist or Anaesthetist.

3. Medical Branch (GDDOS – General Duty Dental Officers)
The age limit for this post is 25 to 33 years as on October 15, 2025. The candidate should have a BDS degree with at least Second Division and should have completed one year of house job from an institution approved by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC). Candidates who have prior work experience will be given preference.
General Ineligibility Conditions of PAF Commissioned Officer Jobs 2025:
- Candidates who have been rejected more than the prescribed number of times from ISSB, GHQ, NHQ or AHQ Selection Boards.
- Persons who have been dismissed from any government service.
