Sindh Govt Announces Free Pink EV Scooty Scheme For Women – How to Register for Free Scooter
The Sindh Government has officially started the Free Pink EV Scooty Scheme 2026 for women across the province. The scheme aims to help female students and working women get safe and affordable transport.

Under this new initiative, eligible women will receive free electric scooters through a transparent balloting system. The project is being managed by the Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA).
Women living in Sindh can now complete the Pink EV Scooty Scheme online registration through the official SMTA portal. The government says the scheme will improve mobility and support women empowerment in Pakistan.
According to officials, the scheme mainly targets college students, working women, widows, and female entrepreneurs. Free EV scooters will help women travel independently without spending money on petrol.
Applicants must be female residents of Sindh and should have a valid CNIC along with a motorcycle or learner driving license. Candidates also need Sindh domicile and educational or job proof documents.
To apply online, applicants should visit the official SMTA website and open the “EV Scooty Ballot Form” from the Projects section. After filling out the form and uploading documents, candidates can submit the application online.
The Sindh Government has also announced free driving training and safety awareness support for selected women. Officials say the scheme promotes eco-friendly transport and reduces fuel expenses.
Reports suggest the government plans to expand the Pink EV Scooty Scheme to more cities after successful launches in Karachi, Sukkur, and Hyderabad.
Women interested in the Free Scooter Scheme 2026 are advised to complete registration early and provide correct information to avoid rejection during verification.
